just like the one us ladies have the men in our lifes have one too. it is aimed at all men not just those that work out. has everything from diet and fitness to health issues, men often feel embarrassed when it comes to their health, its like they feel they have to be the strong ones but there are articles that cover a range of illness

Great magazine but not always enough information for vegans, usually quite meat eater based. Great workout plans and articles though. I don’t have a subscription I just buy it from time to time.

Although I am a female, I always subscribe Men’s Health magazine. Unlike fitness magazines for females, it concentrates on a real stuff: hard workouts, quality products, nutritional food recipes. It’s full of interesting and scientifically based articles with a hint of humour. As someone who worked in the gym, and in love with fitness, I highly recommend it not only for man but for females as well.
Although I am a female, I always subscribe Men’s Health magazine. Unlike fitness magazines for females, it concentrates on a real stuff: hard workouts, quality products, nutritional food recipes. I read this magazine every month and find the articles very useful, even though I'm a woman I really enjoy a lot of the articles. I find it a lot more helpful than women's magazines for healthy lifestyle advice and useful gym routines

What a fantastic magazine to read!!!! Its jammed pack with useful information regarding excercies and nutriton advice. I have been a Personal Trainer for over 10 yeas and this magazine never ceases to amaze me. A must read for any individual, ranging from a new person whos just started fitness or to a individual thats been in the industry for years. You will never stop learning especially with this absolutly fantasic magazine 💪💪👍👍 A must get!!!!!
