The memory keepers daughter by Kim Edwards is an absolute page turner. I fell in love with this story, as a mother it pulls at my heart. I was born around the time that this would’ve taken place and I just simply couldn’t imagine a mentality It would take to make such a decision. The bonds of motherhood and the bonds of love are so strong this is an absolute must have. And I am now looking forward to other Kim Edwards novels

If your looking for a book that you won't put down....this is the book. The Memory Keepers Daughter focuses on a the love for a child with Downs syndrome. The guilt of a father and the decisions he made. The love and joy of the decisions a woman made. The guilt and self destruction of a woman never knowing what really happened. This book will make you cry, make you laugh but will also put things in a perspective of why some people feel they have to make the decisions they have to make. You won't be able to put it down until you read the last page.

This book is fantastic. It has a really good story line and very detailed writing. If you are looking for an inspirational book that really keeps you interested the whole time this is a very good one. It is very well written and the author did a very good job with the story and switching between the different perspectives. I would highly recommend reading this!
