I smoked a lot before trying these since trying them I have significantly decreased my smoking and even my cravings. I had to put boundaries in place for myself and I quit smoking indoors and even in the cars outside only!

These are good tasting and do help with the urge to smoke. I would recommend them to someone completely ready to quit smoking. It was hard for me because I'm taking other medicines and in other therapies at the moment so I think when I'm 100 percent ready to quit this will be goto! I only rated these a 3 because personally at this moment in my life quiting is very hard for me.

I was really excited to try this product as I've been wanting to quit smoking for awhile now. I took it just as described and the taste of it was fine. While it hasn't helped me fully quit yet, it has definitely helped me cut down alot, and I'm gonna keep working on fully quitting
