On the palate, there are flavors of strawberry, cranberry, and a lush stone fruit vibe, balanced by bright acidity and a cool, mineral finish. It feels refreshing and lively—great chilled on a warm evening, with seafood, salad, or just on its own. It’s not super complex, but it hits all the right notes for everyday sipping. The sweetness is subtle, enough to round things out without being too sweet.
