My internet is through Mediacom and I absolutely love it.. We don't have a cable subscription at all, instead, we stream... My internet package is 2,000 gb of data a month with very fast upload and download, for only $75 a month.. It seems expensive, but considering I don't pay for cable, its a great deal..
I have contacted customer service multiple times, especially in the beginning, because I was trying to figure out the best plan for me.. There were a couple different occasions where we had gone over our data and after contacting customer service, they took off the charges and allowed me to upgrade my plan for the next month... Always so helpful, understanding, and willing to work with me during tough times..

Mediacom is literally the worst company ever. Our tv signal always craps out. The internet is literally the worst ever! We have to have two routers just because the signal sucks. It's the monopoly company. No one else in the Midwest has cable except mediacom! Ugh!! Horrible customer service. The workers have no idea what they are doing.

We have had Mediacom for a little over a year now and haven't had any issues. Even in bad weather our cable doesn't go out. Our internet can run a little slow if multiple people are connected to the wifi but other than that it works great. I do dislike that they made us purchase phone as well so we could get the bundle price but we just never hooked up the landline

This is the worst cable service ever. It anything messes up we usually have to threaten to call corporate or actually call corporate to get anything fixed. When it works it's amazing when it goes out it's a pain to have to get it fix.

Been with mediacom for about 2 years now and it's ok cable company ..prices are affordable but sometimes it's not worth the amount you pay for..I only have their cables service so who knows able they're internet/phones services ..for me it was more affordable the dish

My mom had this service they were terrible and bad customer service they have people are cs are American so its hard to understand them and they don't understand you smh they need to get better service and the TV service is horrible
