✨Claims: An exfoliator with extracts of Korean Green Tea & Artemisia Campestris to buff away dead skin cells while repairing skin. Reduces appearance of redness/uneven skin tone
✨My Thoughts: I liked this for a exfoliating mask. It’s a thick gritty mask that makes my skin feel soft & smooth, slightly brightened after using. It does have a dirty matcha smell to it, which I’m not very fond of. I’m also not a yhe fan of physical exfoliants, so this wasn’t a fav for me
✨My Rating: 3.7/5
This looks kind of like the Kate Somerville exfoliator. I applied it to a damp face, & found out that it does NOT smell very good - it smells VERY green (like a superfoods green powder). It rinsed off quite easily, & made my skin look extremely bright without leaving it parched.
I really love this brand (from the products I've actually bought & purchased myself over the years). It is an official k-beauty brand - & all of their products are developed & produced in Korea. Lastly, to see REAL results with any skincare product, you need to wait 21-60 days. I have not been consistently using this product that long, so this review is about application, texture, & my initial reaction.
The concept behind this product is rather unique: it’s an exfoliator that doubles as a mask. Coming out of the tube it’s a thick dark green paste, once you start spreading it on the skin, you realize that it contains little dried gritty leaf bits that serve as a gentle physical exfoliator when you lightly massage at into your skin. It has sweet grassy herbal scent that is very pleasant, so I really enjoyed the next 15 minutes of leaving it on my face to do its job as a mask. It was not drying at all and there was no uncomfortable tightness common with many other masks, it was easy to wash off and, of course, I got a second round of gentle exfoliation at that point. It left the skin incredibly soft, smooth, bright and positively glowing, so glad I got a chance to try it, definitely going to keep it as part of my routine.
