This is a great ground mustard, but I would recommend buying a smaller jar. Most recipes call for a small amount, and most people don't need a large jar. It's pretty strong, so test it before you use a lot, especially if you're sensitive to spices

McCormick brand is superb. I use this particularly in my Mac and Cheese as many others do and should! It's affordable and can be find in your local supermarket.
