Spice prices have really shot up these past few years, but McCormick offers quality and taste at a good, reasonable price. I like that the quantity is moderate, as spices do go stale and lose in flavor, and that the packaging is sturdy Since I use cumin seeds only in some dishes, this product really works out for me then. I suggest you toast some grains in oil to let their aromatics bloom before making Mexican rice, paella, or Indian dishes.
