When we have Dell computer, we use this product. It was self-explanatory, but there was always a number that you could call if you needed help or had a question. the installation process was very easy and self-explanatory, and it really helped us not worry about having a virus on our computer. The performance impact was amazing.

Whilst this is a useful and technically excellent product, the set up was a bit tricky and I have four other brands easier to get onto the computer and working. I would say still worth the money.
