I love this little guy! I've used him several times since I've gotten him for various reasons. I love the shrimp over the other options because he wraps perfectly around my neck and provides nice relief to tired muscles at the end of the day. The lavender smell is so soothing too. It's a nice scent not overky strong but also not a barely there you're wondering if your imagining it scent. I used it when I was getting body and muscle aches after catching the flu and it was so comforting and was the only thing that allowed me to sleep. The only thing I would caution against is if you have pets-- lavender essential oils are toxic to cats and can make them sick. I always make sure to keep my cat away and package the shrimp up when I'm done.

When I tried this I was very hesitant but as soon as I warmed and placed around my neck I felt calm and relaxed. When I started cramping I placed around my stomach and the warmth eased the pain away.

This is one of the best heating pads I’ve had. The lavender scent is strong when you first open the package, but it dies down so it isn’t overpowering. It heats up relatively quick and is the perfect size! I highly recommend!!
