To start off, I like this palette overall. It has almost everything I use for my face (minus bronzer), but there are few affordable palettes out there that includes everything so this is definitely AWESOME for its price. The color payoff for everything is also great and the colors were so pretty. You can use this for a day or night look, natural or bold, so it's super versatile and would fit PERFECTLY in a to-go bag when you're in a rush.

There are two reasons why this is only a 4 star and not a 5.
One, the darkest color of the palette in the bottom came loose during transport and even when I put it back into the pocket, it keeps coming out. Eventually as I was moving it while use, it cracked and I didn't want to deal with the mess so I just threw it all out. This was not so bad since I know I wouldn't normally use the black shade if I had an eyeliner already. So beware, this is not a very sturdy palette since everything is plastic and you definitely cannot transfer shades to a Z palette since it doesn't come in a pot at all.
The second reason for the 4 star is that the glitter from the pink shade that I used did flake off after some time. It doesn't happen all the time, but it did bother me a bit when it did so make sure to use primer always. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind. I still love the color though so I will continue to use it.

I’m conflicted as I gather my thoughts for this eyeshadow palette. I was really excited to receive this, but was hoping it wouldn’t be the Urban Light one. My first thoughts were that the colors are kind of funky and don’t really match well together. However, the back of the palette has a guide on how to match them together for a more complete look. I appreciate that the other palette, Pink Edge does match more, where there are tons of options of looks you can create, but this one doesn’t really match as well. Another thing is that all of the colors, including the highlighter and blush, all have glitter and shimmer, so if that is something that you don’t like, I suggest you take another route. I so wanted there to be matte colors included so I can create that Smokey eye look with both matte and shimmer. As I tried them on, I was happy with how they looked on my skin tone when not mixing them together. They are very sheer, however, and not very pigmented. The green looked nice. The pink blush was also nice as a shadow, and the highlight looked decent for a drugstore highlighter. Would I purchase this specific palette again? No. But I would purchase the Pink Edge one or the Bronzey kit. This one is more for parties, and over the top looks. I would not use this as an every day eyeshadow palette. Overall, it’s a decent eyeshadow palette being a drugstore palette, but I would not purchase again. I received this product complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes, but all opinions are my own.

I received the pink edge palette and it has a nice array of colors. I liked that the back of the palette had looks put together. One issue I found was the numbers for the order of the colors was mislabeled so people who are new to makeup may not catch it. The shimmer shades are amazing, don’t need any setting spray for pay off but adding setting spray intensifies the color. The matte shades were easy to blend and buildable. The highlighter is nice but not blinding and the blush is a nice shade but it was a little difficult to work with but I was able to blend it out. Overall a great palette and I recommend it. I used the last two columns on my eyes and the blush and highlighter in this look.

So conflicted to let’s start. Pro a pallet for 12ish dollars with eyes and highlight and blush is a fabulous deal even for being in drugstore products. The pallet is sleek and compact so perfect for trips and has enough shade range to try a few looks. The gold shade looks beautiful but did leave a ton of fallout so let’s start with cons the amount of chunky glitter fallout was ridiculous. Colors lacked high pigment which this being my first drugstore pallet I️ was shocked with the quality of shadow difference to this and between even a morphe pallet. With having to keep applying so much product to get it to show I can see how these colors could muddy together if your not careful. I️ like the concept and set up of this pallet and I️ plan to try it for a few more weeks but I️ know I️ won’t fall in love with this which I️ really wanted to. And I’m scared after 2 weeks of using this it will go to my kids play makeup. Which if it doesn’t it will probably only get used during travel the picture bellow is after using the gold and taupey grey next to it as well as the bottom 2 mauve colors which the bottom color is dark so I️ should have a way smokeier look then this

So as far as the palette goes... the blush is very deep pink good for the winter and fall for pale skin like mine. The highlighter is not good if you like a blinding highlight.... i do do that deducted major points for me. As far as the shadows go in the top row i love the second and third shades the glittery shimmery rose gold shades they were very pigmented and beautiful they also were not super easy to get off which is always a plus. The last shade the grayish purple shade in the top row was not very pigmented it was patchy and chalky. The second row both colors are deep and beautiful but again patchy the last row deep purple was beautiful and very rich in pigment when i got my VoxBox however the black shade was loose in the palette it feels very dry and was not very black it was more a deep charcoal shade which was disappointing however all in all a good palette

Although I am absolutely in love with the makeup I currently use (Maskcara Beauty), I was excited to give something else a try. The colors were pretty. I personally don't wear a lot of pinks so this was a new color palette for me. I wasn't a huge fan of the blush or highlight - mainly since I prefer a cream product for those, I felt like I needed to use a lot more product to see anything on my skin, but then I didn't like the end result. The eyeshadow colors are pigmented and have lots of glitter if that's what you're looking for. If you're looking for something fun for a night out, this could be just the thing!  Maybelline The City Kits™ All-in-One Eye & Cheek Palette

As a woman of color I will admit I was a little nervous when I opened up my VoxBox and saw the colors in this pallete. The packaging was so beautiful but even upon swatching them I will admit was still a little nervous but I decided to give it a shot anyway. I used the green today and LAWD let me tell you it was beautiful 😍 I’ve never seen a more beautiful green eyeshadow in my life. I’ll definitely be trying looks with the rest of the colors. The blush was too shimmery for my liking but i can use it in other ways Maybelline The City Kits™ All-in-One Eye & Cheek Palette

The color selection is beautiful. But when I received my pallet for free to review it arrived with the black shadow broken and covering all the other colors and the package. It has stained all the other colors and I’ve tried my best to remove the black from the shadows with out any kind of make up sanitizer. I do have to say that the colors are pigmented but the blush and two of the matte shades are chalky and the highlight is really glittery but they are all still stunning. These shadows are falling out of where they were pressed so I do not suggest traveling with this pallet because the packaging is made from very cheap material that gets dirty easy and although this is a drug store brand I have felt higher quality from other products and brands. The shimmer shades are stunning though!!!

This is a great selection of colors that are neutral yet different for everyday, work appropriate looks. I really enjoy the colors in this palette and it is almost perfect - the *only* critical critique I can make is I would like to see 1 slightly lighter matte transition color! That would make this perfect for travel as well- no need for another palette. Maybelline put a lot of thought into this- which shows & is appreciated. The highlight works great for face AND inner corner of eye. The black, while not the deepest or darkest, (it reads as more of a deep grey) gets the job done for smoking out an outer corner or deepening a crease; and with the light pinky-mauve tones of this palette, a deep dark black would be too harsh, in my opinion. I have oily skin & eyelids & when used with an eyeshadow primer; have been able to get a good 8 hours of wear with these shadows. (10-/+ hours seems to be the limit, however). I have not had application issues (I dont see kick up as a negative, but there is a bit of powdery "kick" from the pan, so if that is a drawback for you; you may not enjoy this palette as much). Overall, this is a solid, very good palette for it's pricepoint & I *would* recommend it - Brava, Maybelline!

The eye and cheek pallet I was not a fan of. The colors were not pigmented and there was a lot of fall out. Every color in the pallet had glitter, including the “blush”. I’m giving two stars bc I did like the highlight in the pallet. But, I personally wouldn’t buy the whole thing for just one color. I used some colors with a wet brush (sprayed with primer mist) and still saw for little results. The green color in in the pallet ended up wiping away with blending and the lighter colors came out patchy. The darkest color in the pallet wouldn’t swatch very well and when I tried with a brush the color wouldn’t brush on. I would use the lighter colors for highlight in the inner corners or brow bone. Over al not a product I would purchase.
