So this is not a powder I use for initially setting my foundation. Its strong suit, in my opinion, is for touch ups. It's PERFECT for when i'm oily and need to smooth everything out. It's magic over my pores and even if my foundation is kind of fading, it smooths it all out and provides extra coverage. I've even used it in a pinch as a powder foundation, and while I'm not a huge powder foundation fan it's worked for me. A+ product. Wish they had more shades, though. Porcelain is kinda yellow on me and I'd love something as light with a more pinky tone.

Great multi use product by maybelline. As a first time user I am please by this product. You can use it on its own as a powder foundation or use it to set liquid products such as concealer and foundation. The packaging is cute and compact, and it also comes with a sponge which I have used quite a bit. If you’re thinking about buying this, I think you should.
I'll preface my review with the fact that when I do wear makeup, I try to make it not look like I'm wearing makeup, so I don't usually like full coverage makeup that looks like it's painted on. I also think that I should have gotten a lighter shade of the powder (or maybe only use it during the summer months), as it tended to be on the dark side. However, I do like how it applied and the overall consistency of it. My only negative is that it also came off easily onto clothes or coat collars.

This is the first powder foundation I’ve tried since I started wearing liquids. I got it from Ulta because they were doing a buy one get one half off deal and it caught my eye. I absolutely LOVE it. I like to apply it after I’ve touched up some spots with concealer and it makes my face look so flawless without looking cakey. I haven’t been wearing it long so I can’t attest to the salicylic acid working or not, but it definitely doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin at least. It’s still hot outside which means my face would normally get oily pretty fast, but this foundation has kept it from doing so. The compact is large enough that you’re getting good enough product for the price and you can use most brushes or sponges to apply with, but it’s also small enough to carry around if you wanted to touch up spots throughout the day. This foundation is definitely worth buying as long as you’re not looking for a heavy duty, full coverage foundation.

This was a last minute purchase on my way to an interview. My nose decided to throw a party so the current coverage wasn’t cutting it This product actually did the trick and I didn’t feel as self conscious about my face. I got it from CVS so there weren’t testers and you couldn’t see the color from the package. I’m normally ivory in other brands but ivory in this brand was a little bit darker than I would’ve liked. That was the only reason it didn’t get a 5.
Honestly one of the best powders I've ever used. It looks so smooth and Flawless on the skin, it will blow you away. I absolutely love this powder for setting my Foundation, it imparts just enough additional coverage so that I look totally Flawless and smooth. The only thing that is bad about it is the color range. Porcelain is kind of dark and the next color up is super dark. It does oxidize slightly on the skin.
I absolutely love this stuff, it evens my skin tones and makes my pores fade away. You can use a thin layer or add more for more coverage. It holds up fairly well to time but if you have oily skin you may need to reapply in the late afternoon. It actually smells really nice as well which was an unexpected plus.
The powder was good; it kept shine away and set my makeup well, though, it didn’t help with my acne like it claimed it would. I noticed no differenced in my skin upon using it for a while. The coloring was slightly pink toned which is what I try to avoid because of my reddened skin. Would recommend to those seeking a powder to help with keeping shine away, though!

I really enjoy this powder. It has good coverage, will also being lightweight. I have used high end face powders, and this is better in my opinion. It's so easy to apply, I have been applying it with the little sponge that it comes with. It doesn't make my skin feel dry, and it leaves a nice finish. It lasts majority of the day. Would recommend.
So let me just start by saying I’m starting to explore makeup again (really makeup on a budget). As a mom of 4 who homeschools I wanted to start taking care of myself finally again. So started with my hair and now moved on to make up. So I first tried this powder a couple weeks ago. It took some learning for me but one thing I absolutely love is I have big pores and this powder makes mine almost disappear. It definitely minimizes them and it wears so well over just primer and concealer. This is definitely my new go to
