Long lasting. Very black and matte finish. Drying time is good. Doesn’t smudge. Pigment is great. Applicator is nice and thin. Perfect eyeliner for that dramatic cat eye.

Maybelline New York lasting drama matte eyeliner has a perfect pigmentation it dries very quick it's a very small so you can carry it in your purse anywhere along with you in case you know you want to put more on it is easy to wash off and all I think it's just a very beautiful eyeliner I have the color 860 jet black which to have more colors it glides on so smoothly couldn't use a better eyeliner

I did love this product at first but I realized that throughout the day it would smear all over my bottom lash line and get under my eyes. It does not stay in place.
