- "i used this for a reallllly long time and its a good liner, its super long lasting the only problem i have is that if you dont constantly clean the brush it does get very hard and my liner did actually dry out very quickly but a nice trick for it is to put the little jar in the microwave for about 3 seconds and it should go back to its original texture." in 5 reviews
- "i hate the brush its so bulky i prefer a thiner liner brush or an angled one ,now the gel liner works very well super pigmented but not as pigmented as ingot eyeliner which is my holllyygrailll but this works very well not as smith as i would like it to be but alwell" in 4 reviews
- "If you are just starting out using eye pencils, I would definitely recommend this one!" in 3 reviews
This stuff is great for winging out a cat eye if you prefer gel liner. I bought mine from CVS with a coupon. I love the packaging, and I find that it really is a good value for the amount of product you get and especially if you can do what I did and buy with a coupon. I apply mine with either an angled eyeliner brush or a pointed eyeliner brush for precise application. I have had mine for a long time and it is still just as buttery smooth as when I bought it. It takes a little practice to apply, as with any gel eyeliner, but with a little practice and a steady hand, it looks great!
Love this gel eyeliner. I used to be a die hard fan of liquid eyeliner but I was tired of spending so much money a month on liquid eyeliner. So I decided to get gel. I first tried the L’Oréal gel liner & I just didn’t like how hard it was. So I purchased the Maybelline one & it glided perfectly and it was soft. I took a star off because the brush it came with was not my favorite & it’s not as black as my liquid liner. You can easily fix that by going over it with a little liquid eyeliner. But other than that it’s perfect! It stays on all day and my wings are PERFECT everyday. Suggestion; purchase the sigma E06 winged liner brush & you wings will be ON POINT!!! I've loved the Maybelline gel liner for YEARS. It is a great alternative to the Mac fluidline gel liner. The price is great for what you get. The product lasts a long time (though it can smudge if you're not careful). I've always been a fan of the brush that it comes with. In fact, it's the gel liner brush I prefer over actual liner brushes. The liner is precise and pigmented and can last a whole work/school day.
I absolutely love this gel eyeliner. I bought this eyeliner at a walgreens drug store over a year ago and still have plenty left. The liner brush was perfect and easy to use. This is definitely your moneys worth and isn't even expensive. I would recommend to anyone. As long as I have worn this liner, I have not had any smudging, it stays on all day, goes on super smooth and easy, and is not difficult to wash off.
This is a great drug store gel liner. The color is extremely pigmented. Fairly long lasting, does fade a little and there’s transfer if you have hooded eyes. I purchased this from Target, the price is great for the amount of product and the pigment pay off. The only thing I don’t love is the brush it comes with. It’s a little thick, making it difficult to get a sharp wing. But regardless, it’s a good product.
This stuff has been around for so long and still kills it. I love the creamy formula. It just glides onto your eye and the black stays black and on your eye. I have never had issues with it flaking off. If you keep this stuff sealed up tightly, it will last you forever too. I personally do not like the brush it comes with but I don't feel like that is a big deal. I just use my own liner brush.

I bought the charcoal by mistake i was seeking for the blackest black lol! I like to use it in those days where i do not want to use a super deep black eyeliner it last a long time and since i work for long periods of time i can verify it! I also love love to use this under my eye and on the waterline, i like to use it qnd after that i like to apply an eyeshadow which gives a nice smoky look

I personally did not have a good experience with this product. I found that it was a little hard for my liking when I first tried to use it and it started to crumble after a few weeks. If you have a lot of experience and talent with gel eyeliner, it might work better but this is definitely not a beginners product. It is a good price but I would recommend getting your own brush as well because the brush that comes with it is not very good.

Love love love! The best non pencil eyeliner I’ve ever bought and it’s cheap in comparison to what I usually buy. I love being able to use a brush and once you apply and let it sit a second it won’t budge. It’s great to use on your waterline also because it goes on in one swipe and stays. I use the purple color and it shows up great! There’s no smudging at all and with the brush you can make it thin or thick depending on how you use it.
I bought this because Jaclyn Hill raved about it. I have to agree, this is the blackest liner I have EVER used. It goes on smoothly, lasts all day and dries to a matte (which is my favorite part). You will need a better brush than the one it comes with unless you want to use it for like a smokey look because it's not the best for a very sharp looking liner.

Does it stay on all day? Does it smear
Has it ever dried out on you? As in have you ever opened it and it was dry ?
Does this liner crack or dry up quickly?
Is using this s good as using the liquid eyeliner in a bottle?
