Yes, as long as you put it on fast. I get streaks if I take too long to run it in.

It did it to me, I use the Master Primer and an ELF stippling brush and it gave me an amazing look.

No it doesn't but it looks very nice on the skin. it looks like a finish between dewy and satin! However, it can be a bit too orange if you pick a shade too dark. Also, it's best suited for people with dry to combo skin because it's over moisturizing.

No, it does not blend well over all. It's better as a cover up for dark spots or as a concealer

If you apply it with a stippling bush you can get an airbrushed look. You have to actually use the correct stippling motion though and blend it out. Hope that helps.
