After seeing ads for The Chocolate Box by May Lindstrom on Instagram for several months, I decided to purchase three sets last Christmas—one for myself and two for close friends. With most of the products being vegan (with the exception of the Honey Mud mask) and the brand’s emphasis on sensitive-skin formulations, I felt confident giving it a try. Overall, the brand feels genuinely luxurious without crossing into an unreasonably expensive territory. The products have a distinctly earthy aroma that feels natural and grounding, and (importantly for me) the scents are never harsh or overpowering. This makes the line especially appealing for anyone who is sensitive to strong fragrances. While I’m not quite ready to commit to full-sized versions just yet, I’ve really enjoyed the trial-sized minis included in this set. This is an amazing product! I absolutely adore the texture, and it feels great on the skin. Super soothing, smells luxurious, hydrating, and packaged well. The oil does exactly what it’s supposed to do, and does it well. Would recommend!!

The moisturizing and healing qualities, texture, scent are everything my skin needs. This stuff is also great if you suffer from occasional retinol drama.
