I am just giving 4 stars because it’s missing some wings! But I used this after giving birth and I can say that it absorbes pretty well a heavy flow. Also it keeps you dry and it didn’t give me a rash like some plastic like pads. I can say that it holds the smell as well. It was suitable to wear with my disposable underwear, because they were little shorts, but with only underwear it doesn’t stay much in place.
