Highly recommend!! It kept me healthy all winter. I didn't catch a cold at all! The only complaint I have is that it tastes like cucumber.. I guess if you like that then you'll be fine.

I loved this and so did my kids! Definitely worth it during cold and flu season! We usually make our own elderberry but this is just as good.

They worked well for my lifestyle and were easy for me to swallow. I did notice that I did feel better while taking this. I used it every day to see how the results would be. I would recommend this to others.
