This salsa is flavorful but not too spicy. It has a bit of a smokey flavor to it, and not much heat at all. It's more of a thin salsa, no big chunks. It was delicious with my veggie omelet!

This is the best salsa! It’s not too runny. It’s not too chunky! It’s perfect. It has a great flavor. I will say the medium is more like a mild. Everyone in my family is obsessed with Mateo’s . It’s so good and a new staple in our house.
