I paid for a 60 minute facial with extra wye treatment. Start to finish was not even 45 minutes . It was relaxing and I think she did a good job but I feel like it is not truthful to charge for 15 minutes that you don't work for . They had me come 15 minutes early too then didn't bring me back until 8 minutes after the time . So actually I didn't even get 45 minutes of treatment.

I like that they have so many locations, great membership options, and they always have an opening due to keeping a nice staff size. I would recommend Massage Envy.

I’ve work at my ME location for over 6 years. I absolutely love my job and the opportunities it has given me. I have made lifetime friends and built such great relationships ships with so many people. I can’t speak to every location nationwide since they are franchises but speaking for the brand itself - it’s all about self care and we want everyone to make that time for themselves too!!!
