I used this to make enchilada tortillas but there’s so many recipes in which you can use corn flour. For this tortillas in particular I boiled 6 guajillo Chile, put in blender then poured onto half bag of corn flour to make tortillas.

This was my ever instant corn masa flour to practice making tortillas. Married to a Hispanic husband, i have to learn how to make tortillas and this brand did not make it hard for me to learn. Good and affordable.

This is what I use to make my tortillas! Always a hit and they are gone fast! My girls love them with cheese and sour cream. It's simple and easy to read and you'll never want store bought tortillas again

This product is a staple in my home, I use this everyday to make Tortillas, you can make tamales, champurrado, atole, empanadas, gorditas, etc... The list goes on. It's 100% made from corn, with no preservatives added, no trans fat and the best thing is that it's gluten free for those of you looking for gluten free products. All you do is add water to make masa for your dish, and a pinch of salt if you want to. If you want to use it for atole or champurrado is different, a little maseca on your drink would give that delicious taste. For tamales you need more stuff but this is basically the main thing that you will need. I highly recommend you this brand, it's my favorite.

We used this over Christmas while making tamales. I was surprised by how well they turned out and how easy it was to make the masa mix from the directions. We picked this one because it was safe for myself and my sister to eat-we both have food allergies so this is something we always keep in mind when trying new things.

Great flour! I've made pupusas, corn cakes and corn tacos with it. It's such a big bag that I don't really know what else to make with it. Love the taste, and I love that it's only $2 for a bag!

I love home made tortillas, the flavor of the maseca reminds so much of the ones made in Mexico tortilleras. I make them fresh instead of store bought i avoid all the preservatives and salt. Plus its not at all expensive. Love love love.
