Martha Stewart Collection 11.6" x 16.5" Baking Silpat
I use this baking mat solely to make macarons. It does the job but I'm not satisfied with it. After about 5 uses I started noticing that it became floppier and less sturdy. It also has a greasy feeling to it even after washing it with soap and water. I've continued using it but I get the feeling it won't last much longer. There are already small tears after 2 months of use on the edges of the mat. I wouldn't buy this one again because I found that the Sassano baking mats don't have these issues and seem to be higher quality despite being MUCH more budget friendly.
