You could, but you'd be better off baking them after you add the marshmallow, if you microwave the marshmallow it will expand! So don't do that you don't want it to explode in your microwave!!

Yes! But they will be a little softer than regular ones. You might have to thicken them up a little.

Probably, but you'll have to be careful. I would just stick to normal marshmallows though.

I would just watch how long you heat this. I would try it in the microwave rather then on the stove top.
