Sé que la línea de hoteles tienen buen servicio y muy limpio las habitaciones mi amigo trabajo y dice que la gente era muy amable
I was charged for a reservation that I never made. Someone stole my card information and when I call the hotel to notify them that I had never stayed at their establishment nor do I make the reservation they still refused to refund my money. The woman was so rude and disrespectful she told me her supervisor wasn't available, this was after I asked the first time and was transferred to a fax number. Very unpleasant experience for a place I have never been.
Nope. Do not think to stay in one of these. It is a total waste of money. It was not the most unenjoyable stay to say the least. The bedding was filthy, the curtains were dusty, and the overall room was just dingy. Dont get me wrong, the inexpensiveness of the stay is very tempting, but do not give in as they say you get what you pay for. And Marriott... is well... Marriott.
I don’t like the Marriott they are not clean they have bed bugs and the staff members are rude.
We stayed at a Fairfield Inn and Suites, a Marriott brand hotel, in Battle Creek for a baseball team and our room smelled of smoke and instead of moving us they sent someone from maintenance down with Febreze which left a smoky flowery smell. The next day we returned after a day of baseball to an unclean room and when I asked at the front desk, I was told housekeeping had left for the day, sorry. I asked for a trash bag and emptied our own trash. I had to ask for clean towels only to have the clerk complain that she had to fold them since housekeeping didn’t even do that today. I’m usually pleased with my experiences at Marriott but this one was less than impressive. When we travel, I book 12 rooms at a time for our baseball team, I would be hard pressed to book this chain again.
I stayed at a Marriott in Munich by the airport and it was the worse. The WiFi wasn’t working which is a problem when one is traveling in a foreign country and need to organize daily plans. I kept getting different excuses and the reality was the WiFi had been down for months and only conveniently worked in the lobby.
We will forever be loyal customers of Marriot. They always provide excellent service in all aspects of your stay. You will not regret choosing them for your time out of the house
I'd love to say I had a lovely experience here, but it was pretty disappointing and dirty. The room looked nice at first glance, but when coming in and walking around it was VERY poorly cleaned. Tooth paste splatter was on the mirror, hair in the shower on the wall and near the drain, a dirty glass that was sitting like it was supposed to be one of the clean ones, and more! They offered a discount for the next time we were there but we werent really interested after that.
Be sure to look at each individual property’s website and read the reviews. Some are nicer than others.
I did not have a positive experience. Stayed on business, billing was done incorrectly, trying to fix it was a 3 hour ordeal and I was treated like an inconvience. It was my first stay at a Marriott property and will be my last unfortunately.
