We love this sweetener. The single serving packets allow you to take it with you everywhere. The sweetness of this product allows you to use small amounts vs the regular sugar with fewer calories.

The flavor of the stevia is sweet but also bitter. I would rather use honey or natural sugar as a sweetener.

Not actually 0 caloires . If it's less than 5 calories per serving, the company can label it as 0 calories. It tastes so fake and gross to me. It's the same amount of calories as normal sugar, just eat normal sugar. This has been linked to weight gain in some as is, so just eat real sugar!
