This product was not at all what I'd have expected. In person, looking at the box and it's contents seemed much better than I had anticipated but that changed when small pieces were missing and then wouldn't charge after the initial use. Allot of work and very disappointing. Had allot of potential.. if it weren't for those major things. Would not recommend to anyone.

First, this thing comes with an actual seatbelt. So, that should tell you a couple things about it: it is capable of going VERY fast, and they at least attempted to make it safe. The battery life has actually been pretty impressive so far; my son has ridden it a TON and I think we move only charged it twice. Fortunately, you have some control over the speed, and my husband was able to keep it on the lower end so my 3 year old isn't going Mach 3. MY SON LOVES IT. He has able to completely operate it unassisted and is incredibly proud of himself. It has also crashed into things quite a few times and had zero issues. Such an awesome purchase.

Fairly simple assembly, I suggest having help though. So easy for my kids to use! My 3 year old can reach the pedal with ease. He has LOVED driving this Mario Kart around. My 8 year old can fit in it comfortably as well. Great toy for a range of ages!
