I was skeptical at first but now I'm sold. I thought it would taste more like Vinegar. It's the one of the richest dressings I've ever had. Use it as a dipping sauce, but if you were to use this for a salad dressing it would be appropriate because there are chunks of blue cheese all throughout this dressing but it's not supergen. It would go well with a salad if you like cream-based dressings

Super blue cheese dressing & dip. Not a welcome change! This new stuff is thin and watery. Still has a great flavor but I much prefer the chunky variety until they screw that up as well. After that I'll be looking elsewhere. Life's too short to be screwing around with this runny stuff. ☹
