I feel like this product acts as a double for sure! I put it all over my scalp either the morning I wake up when I know I’m going to shower soon or when I get in the shower right away and then shampoo it out. I feel like it leaves my hair feeling so nourished and also has helped my hair grow so so fast in my opinion! I do it a couple times a week and I really like it.
