This Marc Jacobs liquid eyeliner is one of the best eyeliners out there the application is very easy it glides in the skin while you are applying it, it also dries very quickly and it has a glossy finishing which I love and it is also very pigmented. I do recommend this eyeliner and I will definitely be buying it again!
