I think I just got a bad batch. The product was dried out and left no color unless I pressed really hard and then it would crumble. I loved that the packaging included a brush. I was very disappointed to receive what appeared to be an expired product from such a quality brand.

After frustratingly trying all of the Anastasia brow pencils in taupe or soft brown I found this and fell in love. I bought the ash brown and it's not overly hard but also not too creamy so it doesn't take over control. Very long lasting.

It is a good product. Nice Colour, stays all day. The only thing I did not like, personally, that pencil is quite thin. Not a fan of these kind of pencils. But overall, amazing product.
