I enjoy Manic Panic because the color dye really sticks and holds. Blonde or darks can use the product but will have varying results. Pre-bleach is recommended to match the swatch. So pros and cons I should mention next. This product is a definite commitment because it’s semi-permanent. It will rinse out, but never entirely and fully. So if you’re someone who enjoys changing from one color to the next then STAY AWAY Unless you’re comfortable having to bleach & damage in order to remove the color stain. Color-Oops doesn’t work on color stain and chemical products as strong as bleach will be your only solution.
