I do like the “oil to foam” formula since the oil really get the job done if you want to remove your foundation. It is almost like a double cleansing in one. Unfortunately it is very heavily fragranced (and I am all about fragrances) but the artificial way. If it gets into your eyes (or you are trying to remove eye makeup) you will want to die lol. It is that bad. Even though it is “oil” it is veeeery drying. That’s not good for even oily skin because it will produce even more oil after you completely strip it off with this. There are way better options and also less painful and more gentle. It gets the job done but I would skip this.
