The Malta India is a real good source of vitamin B, it does not contain much sodium, the aroma is pleasant and the taste is good I love me a pack of 6, and it’s great combination with some evaporated milk that mainly how I drink it ya’ll should try and let me know .

I’ve been drinking Malta India since I was a little girl. It’s so good. Smooth and delicious. I’ve tried other brands and this is one of my favorites.
