Malt O Meal is probably the highest value in the whole breakfast aisle. It's surprisingly great if you add a dash of brown sugar and a whole box (~$5!!) would last a normal person several weeks of breakfasts!

This is my son's favorite porridge, I cook it with milk, sugar and add a little butter. This porridge is very quick and easy to prepare, I often cook it for breakfast. It has no flavorings or sweeteners, it has the usual taste of semolina porridge. The texture resembles sand; you can choose the thickness of the porridge yourself by adding more or less liquid when cooking. Porridge is very nutritious. It is sold in cardboard packaging, but it is better to pour it into the tray with the cat so that excess moisture does not get in. The porridge is not expensive and lasts for a long time.

This is an answer to a cool, cloudy morning. The instructions are so clear. I use milk and water and my goodness, an excellent breakfast. The box says it is a source of iron and folate. I had nuts,cinnamon and some plant based milk. What a bowl of cereal!
