If you love earthy, woody scents, this is a must have and a safe blind buy for almost anyone. It has become my absolute go to for the summer, it’s light and airy without feeling heavy, yet the performance is incredible. The projection is perfect. It sits about an arms length away, so it’s noticeable to those nearby without being overwhelming. Most importantly, the longevity is impressive. I’ve worn this through an 11 hour work shift and could still smell it by the end of the day. As a fan of Santel 33, I’ve tried countless alternatives, but nothing comes closer than this. While other dudes can be dense and headache inducing, this captures the originals DNA perfectly at a much more affordable price. If you haven’t picked this up yet, you’re missing out!

No.04 Bois de Balincourt is my signature scent. Warm, woody, and sophisticated without being heavy. It smells like an expensive library with sandalwood, vetiver, and cedar. Opens with spicy nutmeg and cinnamon, dries down to creamy sandalwood, amber wood, and vetiver. It's earthy, slightly sweet, and very unisex. Moderate projection for the first 2 hours, then becomes a skin scent. Intimate but people still notice it when they're close. Perfect for fall and winter, but light enough for spring evenings. Too cozy for hot summer days. Clean EDP formula with no harsh alcohol smell. The 6mL travel spray is glass with a gold cap and works great. A little goes a long way. I keep it in my bag for reapplication.

The unisex balance is lovely—woodsy and warm, but smooth and approachable. A cozy departure from my usual fragrance profile and one I’ve been happily reaching for.
