I purchased the Madison Reed Radiant Permanent Hair Color Kit at my local Walmart for $30. I bought the color 6.5 NNA Sondrio. It says it's supposed to be a medium neutral brown for resistant gray hair. I appreciate this hair dye is free from ammonia,parables, PPD, phthalates,phthalate, and gluten. I'm 31 weeks pregnant and feel safe using it. The kit comes with everything you need; cream color, activator, 2 pair of gloves,cap, barrier cream, and color protecting shampoo and conditioner. I found d the product very easy to mix and use. I wouldn't describe the scent as pleasant but it isn't as strong as other brands. I have long, thick hair and had just enough product to coat my hair. I think I'd need two boxes to throughly saturate it though. I love that this dye didn't make my hair come out in clumps while rising. I've had that problem with other brands. The color was good and it did a decent job if covering my gray streaked roots. I wish it was more budget friendly, but I'd definitely buy it again.
