Im never one to get something based off price, and i know to somebody that hasnt tried it it may seem unreasonable- but this stuff is magic! I originally got a small sample from a Sephora order and it made such a visible difference i bought the full size regardless of the high price. The packaging is a pump which is awesome and much more sanitary than a jar. The serum is such a nice rich consistency! Its saved my dry skin and severely helped my redness and discoloration. Ive spent so much money trying product after product that doesnt work over the past 10 years, this is 1000% worth it to me. Especially since theres no added fragrance it smells very natural. Just note it may apply with kind of a white cast at first when you swoosh it around, dont get turned away by that! Continue to massage it in i promise it goes away. I wish i found this sooner!

This High Performance Face Serum is extremely rich and thick, to the point that it feels more like a moisturizer. While it takes longer to rub in and absorb, the results are worth it! The potent vitamin c has brightened the overall appearance of my skin and added a beautiful radiance, while the hyaluronic acid adds moisture back into my skin. Another improvement I’m noticing is that my skin visibly appears more firm and plump. This brand sets itself apart from other luxury brands because they source their ingredients from plant-derived actives, are non-comedogenic, and are dermatologist tested. I received a complimentary sample of Macrene Actives Skin + Earth : High Performance Face Serum in exchange for my honest use and review. I enjoy the minimalistic look of this companies product packaging as well as the glass jars most of their products come in. Starting with the face wash, then the face cream which I follow with serum and eye cream is my rutine so far. I can see my skin looking younger, healthier and happier after using this serum with the other regimens mentioned above. Plant derived ingredients make me happy. My face feels firmer but not tight. I do multi task during the morning so if you have the time the serum does take some time to sink into the skin as it's a bit on a thicker side. It did not bother me as I just cleanse, applyserum then go get dressed, start breakfast rutine and after 15 minutes or so apply the moisturizer haha. Yes mom life means multitasking especially when you know you have to take care of you first totak3 care of others.
