This is a great product. This is my all time favorite and it lasts a long time. I always have it with me.

Mac is very good about returns, I'm sure they would fix the problem for you :)
I've been looking into an easy to use, and smooth eyeliner. I've had my eye on this one for awhile, but am nervous about being able to control it in the same way that I can control pencils or my fluid liner pen. Would you say that this is just as easy to use? Have you found any other problems with it? Has anyone found that it irritates their eyes?

Does not irritate the eyes..I've never had any problems with it..it's very good and you can make a real precise line with this..don't worry just try it out it's the only way you will find out if it's for you
