The LUXIE 239 Precision Shader Brush is a soft tapered eyeshadow brush that perfectly places eyeshadow on the lower eyelid. I love this brush for my smaller eyelids. It provides even placement of shadows in the inner corner without smudging. It also works well for highlighting the inner eye area. This is a brush I use often and recommend!
