I’ve got damaged hair from occasional bleaching and heat. It lathers up nicely without sulfates cleans thoroughly but gently and leaves my hair feeling stronger and less brittle over timeno major breakage like before. Adds some softness and shine. Scent is light and clean (nothing overpowering), rinses out easy with no residue. I massage it in and leave for 2-3 minutes like recommended, but even a quick wash helps if I’m short on time.
