The taste is really good and packs a good amount of protein! Move on the go snack that’s easy to put together. I would recommend if you live a busy lifestyle.

Kids love these. Yes, they are easy & convenient but I do not think they are healthy or good to have often. The packaging is appealing and the compartments are nice. They usually have a dessert surprise as well which again attracts the kids. I've never really tasted them cause I'm picky about cold cuts but I can't image it can be that good when it should be refrigerated all the time but you don't know with shipping and how it's stored start the store before being put away.
