This was my first time trying a light therapy lamp. It is slim and portable and easy to use at home or on the go. Its bright light is supposed to help boost mood and energy, especially during darker winter months. Overall, I’m not sure how effective this is even after using it a month. But it’s easy enough to add to any routine.

This light is BRIGHT! It seems to be good quality, but I’m not convinced it worked. It’s extremely bright, to the point it hurt my eyes at the distance that it was recommended to be placed. To feel comfortable, I had to place it further away, which means the length of time in which it’s used increases; I’d have to use it for 2.5 hours as opposed 30/40 minutes. It lights up an entire room as you can see in the photos (one with lights off and one with lights on; hardly any difference). It also casts a lot of heat. The only reason I can’t give it a solid 5 is because I don’t know if it actually worked. I used it for several weeks. No assembly required.

It is really bright. It is also great for reading late. I’ve used it 3 times as of this week, and it is slowly becoming something I use frequently. The light is also really light so transporting it has never been easier.
