Luke's black pepper multigrain and Seed cracker crisps are made with brown rice, millet, quinoa and amaranth flours, with some potato starch and oil. They also contain sesame seeds but they are listed as gluten free and organic. They taste sort of like tortilla chips although there's no corn in them and they also have a Nutty taste to them. Great for dipping. Although they say black pepper they're not very peppery compared to other black pepper crackers I've tasted.
