This has some great ingredients. VIT c, Vit E, Buotin, and Zinc. Also, a few others make a good blend. I love that it has everything to give me that glow with both my skin, hair, and more. The bottle is a pretty bright yellow. Perfect color for the name of this vitamin. I can't taste it since it's a pill, and I swallow.

Honestly, when I first tried this product I was at my lowest point with my skin. In 2019 my skin freaked out for no reason at all & I had a summer full of acne that wouldn’t go away.
