5 reviewsNewly diagnosed celiac and was having a craving for ramen.
My personal preference I cook these roughly for 6 to 8 minutes and use a tad less water because otherwise these can taste super bland.
Kinda pricey at a Little over $3 for one pack.
A repeat purchase but not often.
Found this at steals n deals for $1.29. tastes ok good, and seaweed in it , but I like the koyo seaweed ramen better. Made with organic rice . I'm glad to be trying lotus food products, they have a cool name and cool packaging. Non GMO without a verified badge. And gluten free. Each serving has 2 g dietary fiber, 5 g protein, 2% calcium, 6% iron, 4% potassium . There is a very unnoticeable California prop 65 warning. That's all it says it isn't specific, just has a qr code u have to scan to tell u more. Usually those warning may expose you to lead and may expose you to chemicals that cause cancer
Follow the direction on the bag otherwise it might taste plain. Add the ramen in boiling water in a cooking pot and then leave it in for 4 minutes. And put in the seasoning. It's good but small for ramen.
