As someone who is gluten free it was great to find this while shopping at Whole Foods. It seems to have really good ingredients and was easy to prepare. The only thing is it definitely took longer to cook than the directions said. Maybe I prefer my Ramen softer but if I had followed the instructions they would have been a bit crunchy. Still better than not eating ramen at all.

I found this ramen at Costco and bought it on a whim. It is the best. I kept buying it and stocking up to one day find out it's not stocked there anymore. I will remember the days of making yummy ramen and stir fry with these incredible noodles that fill you up.

I really like these noodles. You have to be careful with the preparation though because they can tend to be a bit gummy. The flavor is great though and they’re versatile so you can create a ton of recipes and combinations out of them.
