[product:lot-of-2-elf-intense-ink-eyeliner-81210-brown-elf] I usually love love all elf products but finally found one I’m not too crazy about ! The pigment is great. But, it is wide and hard to control. It also bled onto my upper lid, even with primer on. So I can't say the pigment is worth all the cons. But it does stay on for a long time.... of your eye even waters a little it starts to run. I won’t be buying this on again. :( sry ELF - I usually love your products !
