But, it is wide and hard to control. It also bled onto my upper lid, even with primer on. So I can't say the pigment is worth all the cons. But it does stay on for a long time.... of your eye even waters a little it starts to run. I won’t be buying this on again. :( sry ELF - I usually love your products !
