I've been using it for a while (maybe a year or more) in combination with the conditioner. I have very fine hair, but lots of it. I didn't notice the things you mentioned. I really like it. I mean, it's not like I suddenly have super voluminous hair, but I feel like it gives my hair a little boost. As a bonus, in my humble opinion, it smells amazing.

I really liked the conditioner, it is used sparingly, it lasts for a long time, the condition of the hair after three weeks of use (paired with the shampoo of the same series) has really improved.
