I always want to share things that help my hair avoid chemicals and heat. This is the Hair cream from L'oreal that I often use every day after shampooing. Its smell is not too strong, not much silicone that is harmful to hair. I often mix it with hair protection serum. It helps me prevent heat when I blow dry my hair at a hot temperature (but I do not recommend blow drying at high temperature, should blow dry at a cool temperature, helps hair to lose less and dry). This product is probably also the 4th in my daily hair skincare. Definitely indispensable.

I didn’t notice any difference in my hair while using this, and I went through the whole bottle! It worked fine for heat protection though so it’s an okay product! It smells okay, but not great!
